Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on October 28, 2026. KHImmigration Law LLC is committed to making khimmigrationlaw.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we review the site as we add new content. As part of this effort, we are working to:

  • Set the language of the site and a logical reading order for each page

  • Give each page one main heading with ordered subheadings

  • Add text descriptions to images and image links

  • Review text and link colors for readable contrast

  • Keep a "Skip to main content" link for keyboard users

Third-party content

Some content on this site is provided by third parties, such as our Google Reviews display, the embedded Google Map in our site footer, and our online booking calendar. We do not fully control the accessibility of that content. If any part of the site is hard for you to use, we are happy to share the information or schedule your consultation another way, such as by phone, text, or email.

Requests, issues, and suggestions

If you find an accessibility issue on the site, or if you require further assistance, you are welcome to contact us through the organization's accessibility coordinator:
